Our Restorative Yoga and Acupuncture workshop, well invite a beautiful balance to the vibrancy of summer. Our yoga class will consist of gentle and restorative poses to sooth your nervous system and physical body. It will be complemented with an acupuncture treatment designed to support your parasympathetic nervous system, our rest and digest response. As always, our workshops are for any and everybody regardless of experience and skill level. You will deepen your understanding in how to care for your own body and regulate your own nervous system.
