Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability

I hereby agree to the following:

1.  I am participating in the Classes, Workshops, Intensives, Immersions, Conference, Festival, or Retreats offered by Lift School of Acrobatics (LSA) teachers Aaron Lind and Christine Soykal, during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, partner therapeutics, and acrobatics. I recognize that yoga, partner therapeutics, and acrobatics require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. 

2.  I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any or all offerings by Aaron and Christine. I represent, verify, and warrant that I am physically fit and that I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in any or all LSA offerings.

3. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in any or all LSA offerings, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against by Aaron Lind, or any of his subsidiaries, for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the training.

4. I further hereby indemnify and hold harmless Lift School of Acrobatics, Aaron Lind and Christine Soykal, their successors and assigns from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to any claim by a third party resulting from my practice or instruction in the field of yoga, partner therapeutics, and acrobatics.

5.  I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release waive, discharge and covenant Lift School of Acrobatics, Aaron Lind, Christine Soykal, and any of their subsidiaries for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts. 

6. I hereby grant the LIFT School of Acrobatics permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the LIFT School of Acrobatics and will not be returned.

I hereby irrevocably authorize the LIFT School of Acrobatics to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge LIFT School of Acrobatics from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE PHOTO RELEASE. I AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR, IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, I HAVE OBTAINED THE REQUIRED CONSENT OF MY PARENTS/GUARDIANS AS EVIDENCED BY THEIR SIGNATURES BELOW. I ACCEPT:

By providing us your personal information you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability and your submiton of this information is equivalant to a electronic signature.
