Wednesday Workshop: Cardiovascular System

One of our weekly workshops is on Wednesday at 6pm. This workshop is very diverse and welcomes all skill levels. It starts at 6pm and ends around 7:30. Lindy Burns, Youga Yoga’s lead educator and founder will be teaching this workshop most of the time.
