Gentle Yoga for Back Pain is one of our new weekly workshops that will be starting May 8th at 1:30 pm here at Youga Yoga. Learn about your spine and your body while experimenting with movements that feel GOOD! Classes focus on the importance of core strength and good posture to help support the spine and the discs. Move your body with intention on and off the mat to reduce pain and feel more organized! Every week we will end class with a restorative savasana!
