Over this weekend intensives we will explore the different systems of the body and scientific evidence in how yoga asana and pranayama affect them for better and worse.  


More and more people are turning to a yoga practice to not only extend the number of years in one’s life but also impact the quality of life in those years.  Yoga Therapy is a revolutionary Industry that takes a psycho-somatic approach to health and healing. Yoga therapists work as a continuum of care with our medical and mental health care providers. 

 

The practice of yoga can be helpful but it can also be hindering if we perpetuate imbalanced alignment and movement patterns.  This weekend will take yoga teachers into a deeper understanding of how to enhance optimal alignment for students and how to offer safe and effective modifications for any condition and capacity.  For those that are not yoga instructors your practice will transform following this weekend and you will begin to see the affects of your practice in day to day life.

Tiny homes are for rent at a first come first serve basis. 150$ for the week for a tiny house. We have 5 homes for rent.
We have two teepees for rent. They are 70$ for the weekend with power and bedding. Otherwise this is a camping event!
